Care first. Fair remedies when something is wrong.

Product-page descriptions and written promises form part of your purchase. Any additional voluntary written warranty will be stated clearly on the applicable product page or accompanying materials.

Scope

This policy applies to products purchased directly from this site. Keep your order confirmation as proof of purchase. A product made by a third party may also include its own manufacturer warranty; those written terms identify the warrantor, coverage, and claim method.

Care responsibilities

Follow product-page, label, and packaging instructions. Test cleaning products on a hidden area, keep goods away from conditions they are not designed for, and stop using an item if damage could make it unsafe. Improper cleaning, storage, alteration, overloading, or use outside the stated purpose may affect available remedies where permitted by law.

Defect or normal wear?

A defect is a problem in materials, construction, or conformity that existed at delivery or is otherwise covered by law or an express written promise. Normal softening, fading, creasing, surface wear, accidental damage, misuse, or reasonable material variation is not automatically a defect.

Make a claim

Email contactassist@keeperforge.xyz with the order number, product name, date the issue appeared, how the item was used and cared for, and clear photographs or video. Keep the item and packaging while we review it; do not attempt a repair that could obscure the cause.

Assessment & remedies

We may request inspection or return of the item. If a covered issue is confirmed, the available remedy may be repair, replacement, refund, or another remedy required by law, taking account of the product and the nature of the problem. We cover reasonable return costs for a confirmed defect.

Statutory rights

This page does not create a universal fixed-duration written warranty and does not exclude implied warranties or consumer remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Rights vary by jurisdiction; product- specific written warranty terms control only to the extent allowed by law.

General precautions

  • Use each item only for its stated purpose and within stated size, weight, temperature, and age limits.
  • Inspect before use and stop using an item that is damaged, loose, leaking, overheating, or otherwise unsafe.
  • Keep packaging, straps, cords, magnets, small parts, and plastic bags away from children where they present a hazard.
  • Do not modify a product in a way that could compromise its structure or safety.

Category-specific care

Candles and open flame must remain attended, on a stable heat-resistant surface, away from drafts, children, pets, and combustible material. Use drinkware only for temperatures and appliances identified on its product page. Do not allow a child to use a bag, accessory, or product containing small parts unless its stated age and supervision guidance permit it.

Materials & sensitivities

Review listed materials before purchase if you have an allergy or sensitivity. Stop use if irritation occurs and seek appropriate medical advice. Product information is not medical advice, and a general material description may not identify every trace substance introduced through manufacturing or handling.

Report an incident or hazard

Email contactassist@keeperforge.xyz promptly with the order number, product name or identifier, photographs, a description of the issue, when and how it occurred, and whether anyone was injured. Preserve the product and packaging and stop using it unless an authority instructs otherwise. For an emergency, contact local emergency services first.

Recalls & corrective actions

If a product requires recall, repair, replacement, refund, warning, or another corrective action, we will publish or send instructions appropriate to the risk and available contact information. Follow the notice exactly and do not sell, donate, or transfer a recalled product unless the notice permits it.

Regulatory cooperation

We may share incident information with manufacturers, insurers, laboratories, carriers, professional advisers, and government authorities where reasonably necessary to investigate, meet a reporting duty, protect people, or carry out corrective action. Personal information remains subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
