Protected material

Protected material may include the keeperforge name and logos, product names and presentation, original photographs, illustrations, text, graphics, page design, software, and other creative elements. Product shapes or features may also be protected by design, trademark, patent, trade-dress, or unfair-competition law where applicable.

Permitted use

You may view, print, or save order and policy information for personal records and share ordinary links to public pages. You may not reproduce product imagery or copy, remove rights notices, create confusingly similar branding, frame or mirror the site, train or populate a commercial catalogue from the content, or imply sponsorship without prior written permission or another lawful basis.

Report suspected infringement

Send a written report to contactassist@keeperforge.xyz with: your signature; identification of the protected work; the exact URL or enough detail to locate the challenged material; your name and contact details; a good-faith statement that the disputed use is not authorized; and a statement, made under penalty of perjury where applicable, that the report is accurate and you are authorized to act.

Review & response

We may request additional information, preserve relevant records, remove or restrict material, notify the person who supplied it, or decline a request that is incomplete or appears mistaken or abusive. Knowingly making a material misrepresentation can create liability. This process does not determine ownership and does not replace legal advice.

Counter-notices

If your submitted material is restricted because of a copyright report, you may respond with identification of the material and its former location, your signature and contact details, a statement under penalty of perjury that removal resulted from mistake or misidentification, and any jurisdiction and service consent required by applicable law. We may forward the response to the complainant.

Copyright contact status

The email on this page is a general copyright contact. It is not a representation that a DMCA designated-agent registration has been completed with the U.S. Copyright Office. If the store later enables user-uploaded content and seeks a statutory safe harbor that requires designation, the registered agent details must be published here and kept current.
